All it takes is a camera with video-out and a mounted display, and then use a head-mounted display like the ones from Vuzix. I’ve heard that you can discover a lot about yourself if you can look outside of yourself, and this would prove it.
Also, if you ever wanted to see yourself as a video game character from a hovering camera, like Tomb Raider, this is the way.
