This is a really good camera, and if you are looking for a camcorder, this can be yours for $319.99. It is very similar to the DXG-A80V, with a 10 Megapixel stills and 12X Optical Zoom, but this camera can do 1080p at 30fps and 720p at 60 fps. It also features Eye-Fi Wireless SD Card Support, Dual-capture recording, and touchscreen controls on a 3-inch LCD display.
All in all, it is a good camera for $319.99, and would recommend it if you are in the market for one. The A85V is just one great thing to come out of DXG just like their water-resistant camera and their 3D camera.
