Concept camera records above and below water

Remember when we reported on Ion Audio’s Twin Video camcorder, the camera that can film what is in front of it and in back?

I found this concept camera designed by Kyung Han that also shoots two simultaneous films. The difference is that one camera is above the water and one is below the water. I’m not certain what you would do with this, but it certainly looks like buoy, doesn’t it?

By the way, there is an LCD viewfinder on it. I guess we’ll see if it makes it to actual production.
